Fix bug with apt purge

Purging configuration files for openvpn-server (0.9.0) ...
/var/lib/dpkg/info/openvpn-server.postrm: line 4: /etc/openvpn-server/config.sh: No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing package openvpn-server (--purge):
 subprocess installed post-removal script returned error exit status 1
